CACI to purchase SystemWare
January 20, 2010 10:51 AMCACI International Inc. is planning to buy SystemWare Inc., a California manufacturer signals acquisition and analysis systems that detect weaknesses in cyber and physical security.
CACI, an Arlington-based information technology contractor, plans to close the sale Feb. 1. SystemWare reported revenues of $16 million in 2009.
CACI officials say the purchase will enhance its national security services.
