CACI completed Paradigm deal
September 06, 2011 4:28 AMArlington-based CACI International Inc, has completed its $61.5 million acquisition of Paradigm Holdings Inc., the parent of Paradigm Solutions Corp.
Paradigm provides cybersecurity and enterprise IT solutions to clients in federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense and the intelligence services. CACI officials said the deal expands its cyberspace solutions.
Paradigm’s revenue for this year is expected to be $55 million.
Paradigm is headquartered in Rockville, Md., and has approximately 185 employees. Major clients include the Federal Aviation Administration, Defense Information Systems Agency and the Departments of State, Energy, and Treasury.
