Brava Enterprises buys retail/distribution property in Spotsylvania County for $1.2 million
November 28, 2011 4:00 PMBrava Enterprises LLC has purchased the RC Lee Carpet One Building in Spotsylvania County for $1.2 million.
The seller of the 22,200-square-foot retail and distribution property was RC Lee Property Acquisitions. The carpet and flooring business will continue to operate at the site as the new owner purchased the building for an investment. Jamie Scully and Mike Degen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations for the seller and purchaser.
