BHE buys Birchwood at Boulders apartments in Richmond
June 01, 2012 12:23 PMBHE Acquisitions, a privately held real estate investment trust, has purchased Birchwood at Boulders apartment complex in Richmond from Pantzer Properties for $28.2 million.
Richmond BizSense reports that BHE also owns Henrico County complexes Honeytree Apartments and Broadmoor Apartments.
Todd Weinstein of Jones Lane LaSalle brokered the deal for the seller along with managing directors Scott Melnick and Al Cissel.
