February 17, 2013 5:42 PMBermuda Distribution has leased 92,857 square feet in Building A at the Interport Business Center, 4810 Eubank Road, in Henrico County. Evan Magrill, N. Dean Meyer, and Dawn M. Calabrese of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
In another deal for Thalhimer, Airsoft GI Inc. leased 9,125 square feet at 100 N. Providence Road in Chesterfield County. Michael A. Shaia handled lease negotiations.
