BAE Systems renews 133,808-square-foot lease in Reston
May 14, 2012 11:08 AMCoStar Group reports that BAE Systems has signed a 10-year lease renewal for more than 133,000 square feet of space at 11487 Sunset Hills Road in Reston. The deal means BAE will continue as the sole tenant of the Reston Commons building. It has been home to BAE since the building’s completion in 2002. Mike Pepper and Mark Mallus of CBRE Group Inc. represented the property owner, Falcon Real Estate Investment Management Ltd., and Gene Sachs and Paul Ehrenreich of Cresa represented BAE Systems.
