Avison Young represents four leases totaling 46,400 square feet in Northern Virginia

A lease renewal represented the largest transaction. Fairfax Innovation Center — a business accelerator-program facility at 4031 University Drive in Fairfax — renewed its 29,200-square-foot lease. The George Mason School of Public Policy and the city of Fairfax Economic Development Authority (EDA) operates the center.
