AvalonBay Communities has promoted three senior vice presidents to executive vice president postitions.
Sean Breslin, who joined the company in 2002, has been promoted to executive vice president of redevelopment and asset management. Before working at AvalonBay, Breslin was chief operating officer of CWS Capital Partners.
Bill McLaughlin has been promoted to executive vice president of development and construction for the Northeast. McLaughlin has been with AvalonBay since 1994 when he joined the company as a development director.
Steve Wilson will become executive vice president of development and construction for the West Coast and Mid-Atlantic. He joined the company in 1998 as a development director in Seattle.
