Vienna-based Attain LLC, a public-sector professional services company, has secured a $3 million contract to support the implementation of the Department of the Army’s Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) at the Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Anniston Army Depot in Anniston, Ala.

The goal of the LMP is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Army’s supply chain management process.  The program aims to streamline the maintenance, repair and overhaul, planning, finance, acquisition and delivery of weapons systems, spare parts, services and material.

When the program is fully implemented, it will support more than 17,000 users in more than 1,000 Army locations.
