APM Terminals could receive $1 million for Portsmouth investment
December 09, 2008 9:26 AMAPM Terminals could receive $1 million from the state and City of Portsmouth for construction of its $450 million marine terminal, according to The Virginian-Pilot.
The Portsmouth City Council will vote Tuesday on the agreement, which would allow the company to receive the money. The money would match the state’s $500,000 grant.
The money includes cash and infrastructure improvements. (The Virginian-Pilot)
