Apartment building sells in downtown Roanoke for $440,000
May 16, 2011 11:29 AMWaldvogel Commercial Properties announces the sale of a 13-unit apartment building at 115 Elm Ave. SW in downtown Roanoke. The building is part of a five-property portfolio owned by Stevedav LLC, a Roanoke-based real estate holding company, with the four other buildings still on the market.
The 9,942-square-foot building was built in 1928 and remodeled in 2006. It contains four two-bedroom apartments, eight one-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment, as well as an onsite laundry facility. It was 100 percent occupied at time of sale. The $440,000 sale was financed by the Bank of Botetourt. The buyer was JETR LLC.
