Amware Pallet Services renews 54,000-square-foot lease in Chesterfield County
November 11, 2012 6:41 PMAmware Pallet Services LLC has renewed its lease of 54,000 square feet in Bermuda Warehouse at 12600 Bermuda Triangle Road in Chesterfield County. Franklin Bell and Gregg Beck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
In other deals for Thalhimer, Moore Products has leased 35,252 square feet in the Enterchange @ Northlake at 11700 N. Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover County. Evan Magrill and N. Dean Meyer handled lease negotiations.
Also at the Enterchange @ Northlakem Rite-Made of Virginia, Inc. has leased 27,202 square feet.
In Henrico County, Southern Wine and Spirits of America Inc. leased 11,800 square feet in Windsor Business Park II at 8570 Magellan Parkway.
