The American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) has renewed its 14,817-square-foot lease at 3635 Concorde Parkway, one of the buildings at Avion Office Park in Chantilly.
Stephen H. Spencer with NAI KLNB LLC represented ARIN in the transaction, while David J. Fisher, senior vice president and regional managing director for the Washington region of Advance Realty, represented his company, the building’s owner. Advance, based out of Bedminster, N.J., owns seven buildings at Avion totaling 576,000 square feet. Located four miles from Washington/Dulles International Airport, the 188-acre Avion Office Park offers a deli, fitness center and three miles of jogging trails.
