American Lung Association expands headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The American Lung Association is taking more space at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. The oldest-health care organization in the country agreed to 5,535 more square feet, increasing its total space to 16,420 square feet. The association recently moved into its headquarters at the 206,643-square-foot building owned by D.C.–based Quadrangle. Glenn Melzer and Gene Martin of the Ezra Co. represented the American Lung Association while Quadrangle’s Leigh Jackson negotiated on behalf of the landlord.
