American Condenser & Coil agrees to a 10-year lease in Suffolk
November 05, 2012 12:32 PMAmerican Condenser & Coil LLC has signed a 10-year lease for 55,000 square feet at 103 Industrial Drive in Suffolk. Glenn Gibson of Norfolk-based Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, and Ashton Williamson and Worth Remick of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord. Founded in 1995, American Condenser and Coil is the largest producer of aftermarket condensers in the U.S. With manufacturing located in Southern California and a key distribution warehouse in Suffolk, the company can provide parts first to market and supports a/c parts distributors throughout the U.S.
