Allstate looks to recruit new agency owners in Virginia
May 23, 2012 2:30 PMAllstate Insurance Co. will recruit 56 small business owners in mid-Atlantic states, including Virginia, to represent the insurance company.
Allstate plans to recruit Allstate agency owners in Richmond, Roanoke, Lynchburg and Northern Virginia, among other locations.
Candidates are required to have $50,000 of liquid capital for investment, which can be used by purchasing and running an existing business or starting a new agency.
In addition to recruiting new agency owners, the company plans to hire up to 400 additional licensed salespersons for existing Allstate agencies.
