Alexandria apartment community undergoing $25 million renovation
October 04, 2011 3:51 PMRochester, N.Y.-based Home Properties Inc. is spending $25 million to completely revamp the Arbor Park of Alexandria apartment community in Alexandria.
Home Properties is remodeling all 851 apartments and townhomes in 52 buildings at the complex previously known as Orleans Village. The entire project will be completed over the next four years.
Wherever possible, Home Properties is adding more bedrooms and bathrooms to reconfigured floor plans.
The company expects approximately 200 apartments and townhomes to be renovated during 2011.
