Advanced Trailer Systems renews 76,166-square-foot lease in Henrico County

Logistics operator Advanced Trailer Systems has renewed a 76,166-square-foot lease at 4830 Eubank Road in Henrico County. The Alpharetta, Ga.-based company has a portfolio of 240,000 square feet in the airport submarket in the eastern part of the county. CBRE handled the lease transaction.
In other CBRE deals, Commonwealth Dermatology leased 16,219 square feet at 7001 Forest Ave. in Henrico County, and Sentara Health Plans Inc. leased 16,115 square feet at 1605 Santa Rosa Road in the county.
