Accounting firms merge, form PBMares LLP
January 17, 2013 9:35 AMAccounting firms Witt Mares PLC and PBGH LLP have merged and officially announced the combined company’s new name, PBMares LLP.
The new company will employ 200 professionals in eight locations throughout the state, including Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Harrisonburg, Newport News, Norfolk, Richmond, Warrenton and Williamsburg. No offices will close, except for Fairfax, where the firms’ offices will merge. All staff will remain in place.
