A new shopping center is underway in southern Loudoun County

A new shopping center is underway in southern Loudoun County along the Route 50 corridor. Construction has begun on Dulles Landing, a 600,000-square-foot center scheduled open in fall 2013.
The 80-acre center is located at the corner of Route 50 and Loudoun County Parkway.

According to the Loudoun Times, Beatty Management Co.— developers of Dulles Landing – have announced two major tenants: Wal-Mart and Petsmart. Wal-Mart is planning to build a new, upscale prototype that would be different from its other stores. Petsmart’s store would include a veterinary clinic inside the store.
Other tenants who have negotiated for space include Famous Footwear, Five Below, Hour Eyes, and Sleepy’s.
