200 Strasburg auto workers to lose their jobs
November 26, 2008 9:29 AMMore than 200 employees at the International Automotive Components manufacturing plant in Strasburg will be laid off amid slow car sales, the Northern Virginia Daily reported.
The lay offs come from a drop in automotive production in North America amid a poor economy and tight credit markets. The plant will continue to operate, but will consolidate its operations. (Northern Virginia Daily)
