185,000-square-foot warehouse in Manassas sells for $7.6 million
June 11, 2012 11:16 AMEuclid Avenue Investors has purchased a fully-leased, 185,000-square-foot warehouse in Manassas for $7.6 million, according to Citybizlist in Washington, D.C. The building, at 9601 Euclid Ave, is leased to McCarthy Tire Service of Virginia LLC, an automotive and truck repair facility, and Carroll’s LLC, which markets tires for cars, trucks and specialty equipment. The 10-acre property is located in a commercial/industrial section, with close proximity to Route 28 and Interstate 66.
