VIDEO - Business owners at inaugural balls

Virginia Business covered several events related to the Jan. 20, presidential inauguration of Barack Obama. Adrienne Reaves-Taylor, designer and production coordinator, attended a neighborhood pre-inaugural celebration in Arlington, the Virginia Small, Women and Minority-Owned Business Committee Inaugural Ball, the opening ceremony and concert at the Lincoln Memorial and the swearing-in ceremony at the Capitol. 

Metropolitan Washington was awash in pre-inaugural parties as communities gathered to celebrate.  In the Barcroft area of Arlington, neighbors, friends and families gathered at the home of LaMont and Emogene Mitchell.
