The Roanoke Civic Center’s Special Events Center holds 273 8-foot by 10-foot booths. The Roanoke Civic Center also includes a spacious coliseum, performing arts theatre and outdoor courtyard. Team, locker and dressing rooms are available.

The Salem Civic Center offers 41,868 square feet of space that can accommodate 258 8-foot-by-10-foot booths. The center features in-house catering, audiovisual equipment, camping facilities and LCD projectors and electronic screens in meeting rooms.

The Sheraton Hotel Roanoke completed a $20 million renovation of its guest rooms and meeting space in May 2009. The hotel offers 17,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes one of few conference theaters in the region.
