Julien G. Patterson of Chantilly will serve as chairman of the Virginia Foundation for Community College Education for 2011-12. Patterson is the CEO and founder of Omniplex World Services Corp. He has been a member of the VFCCE board since 2009.
Ronald L. Tillett of Richmond will serve as vice chairman. He is managing director, public finance with Morgan Keegan & Co. The foundation helps provide financial assistance to community college students and is building an endowment to provide scholarships.
