Richmond-headquartered Virginia Biotechnology Association, a nonprofit trade association for Virginia’s life sciences industry, has appointed Jeffrey Gallagher as interim executive director.
Gallagher has served as vice president and general counsel for pharmaceutical company Lyotropic Therapeutics Inc. for 11 years.
