The University of Richmond has promoted Joslyn Bedell to associate director for employer relationship management in its Office of Alumni and Career Services.
She had been assistant director.
Bedell will oversee the university’s relationships with employers, administer on-campus recruiting policies and increase effectiveness of recruiting programs.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from the University of Vermont. She also holds certifications in career development facilitation and MBTI evaluation.
