Eric Mockler has joined Transwestern in Washington, D.C., as the new president of its Mid-Atlantic region. He will direct overall strategy, recruitment, business development and financial performance for the region. Before coming to Transwestern, he worked as senior managing director at Cassidy Turly in New York where he was responsible for serving the firm’s institutional clients and leading property management services in a tri-state area.
The company’s Mid-Atlantic region oversees the leasing and management of 230 properties, totaling 41 million square feet of space with a value of about $11.2 billion.
