F. Dudley Fulton has been named president and CEO of Towne Insurance in Hampton Roads.
Towne Insurance is an affiliate of Portsmouth-based TowneBank.
He previously held a number of executive positions at USI Insurance.
A graduate of the University of Richmond, he received his MBA from the College of William and Mary.
He serves on the board of directors of the Virginia Neptune Festival, and is on the board of trustees for Sentara Healthcare. He also serves on the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Board and the Virginia Public Building Authority Board.
