Tom Dunn has joined S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk and will work in the Commercial Brokerage and Development Division.
Dunn worked previously as a senior director, retail properties for GVA Advantis for ten years. In this position, he was primarily responsible for the sales, leasing and marketing of more than 1.3 million square feet of community centers and grocery-anchored retail properties throughout Hampton Roads.
After leaving GVA Advantis, Dunn was co-founder of Tower Park Real Estate in Newport News where he was responsible for many mixed-use, retail, office and flex properties including Port Warwick, a 150-acre, mixed-use development.
Most recently he was with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate where he performed general sales, leasing and development duties. Dunn also is the owner of GreenLife Adventure Sports, an outdoor outfitter located in the historic Ghent area of Norfolk.
