Tilley joins board of Virginia Manufacturers Association

Tilley is general counsel and member of the executive council at STIHL. In his role at Virginia Beach-based STIHL, Tilley manages the legal department, which includes product information, product compliance, and safety/environmental functions.
Founded in 1922, the VMA serves as an advocacy group for manufacturers.
