Chico’s, Buckle and Body Central plan to open stores at Spotsylvania Towne Centre near Fredericksburg this spring.
Chico’s will be located in The Village at Towne Centre section of the center in nearly 3,000 square feet of space. Body Central will operate in a 3,600-square-foot location, and Buckle will occupy just less than 6,900 square feet in the current The Shoe Dept. location. The Shoe Dept. is moving to a new location next to Costco under the name of The Shoe Dept. Encore.
Chico’s offers women’s fashions, while Buckles is a jeans retailer, carrying a wide selection of fits, styles, and finishes from various denim brands. Body Central is a specialty retailer offering trendy apparel and accessories to women in their late teens and twenties.
The Village at Towne Centre is the outdoor shopping district of Spotsylvania Towne Centre, located at the junction of Interstate 95 and Route 3. The 1.7 million-square-foot complex offers more than 120 department stores, specialty shops, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.
