MeadWestvaco has named Diane Teer president of its food packaging business.
Teer was most recently president of World Kitchen LLC, where she led the North America division and global innovation for companies such as Pyrex, Corelle, Corningware and Chicago Cutlery. She also held leadership positions in frozen and culinary foods for Conagra Foods and worked nine years at the Campbell Soup Co., including as vice president and general manager of the beverage division.
Teer earned an bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from McMaster University.
In her position, Teer will lead growth strategies, build partnerships with food customers and create innovative solutions for retail groceries.
