Richmond-based SnagAJob.com has named Jim Schaper, a 30-year technology veteran, to its board of directors. Schaper is chairman of Infor, a privately held business software company. Based in Alpharetta, Ga., Infor has more than $1.8 billion in annual revenues, serves 70,000 customers and employs 8,000 people worldwide.

Before founding Infor with Golden Gate Capital in 2002, Schaper was chairman and CEO of Primis Corp., an Internet property management software and data provider that he sold to Land America Corp. in Richmond in 2000. LandAmerica has since gone out of business. SnagAJob is the nation’s largest online community of hourly workers and a leading provider of hourly workforce management solutions.
