Robert Maslyn has been named a senior project manager in the Norfolk office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management company. Maslyn will be responsible for leads in the federal market, including projects for various Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, and managing the execution of stand-alone task orders under federal contracts.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Maslyn has worked on a variety of projects for federal, educational, municipal, commercial, and industrial clients. Before joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he worked as a senior associate with an international architecture and engineering firm. He is a licensed architect in Virginia.
