Richard D. Tadler left the Lumber Liquidators’ Board of Directors after his private equity firm divested its interest in the company.
Tadler, managing director of TA Associates, joined Lumber Liquidators’ board in 2004 when TA invested in the company. In 2009, TA divested in its interest in Lumber Liquidators.
The company expects to fill his seat with an outside director.
Lumber Liquidators, based in Toano, is a specialty hardwood floor retailer.
