Stephen Parker has joined Piedmont Virginia Community College in as vice president for finance and administrative services.
Parker oversees the college’s business, human resources, security and buildings and grounds offices. He also serves as treasurer of the PVCC Educational Foundation.
Parker was formerly the chief financial officer at the Paul Hebert Louisiana State University (LSU) Law Center in Baton Rouge.
