Alexandria-based Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt LLP has added Kevin B. Laurence as a partner.
Laurence will join the firm’s post grant patent proceedings practice. He was the founder of the patent practice at Portland, Ore.-based Stoel Rives LLP. Most recently, he headed Stoel Rives’ patent operation in Salt Lake City.
Oblon Spivak is one of the largest intellectual property specialty firms in the U.S.
