Northrop Grumman Corp elects Prabu Natarajan as corporate vice president and treasurer
July 25, 2012 3:02 PMThe board of directors of Falls Church-based Northrop Grumman Corp. has elected Prabu Natarajan to the positions of corporate vice president and treasurer, effective on Jan. 1 of next year.
Natarajan will be responsible for the duties of the corporate treasury, which consist of capital markets, capital structure, insurance and risk management; the execution of merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, bank relationships and cash management.
Natarajan will continue in his role as vice president, Tax, of the company.
