NCI completes acquisition of AdvanceMed
April 04, 2011 4:07 PMNCI Inc. of Reston said Monday that it had completed its $62 million acquisition of AdvanceMed Corp., which provides investigative services of Medicaid and Medicare fraud.
AdvanceMed, previously an affiliate of CSC, helps the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services prevent and detect fraud in the entitlement programs.
The company has 450 employees and had revenues of $51 million for the trailing 12 months.
