Nathan A. Shor has joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in its Richmond office as vice president, retail brokerage and development.
Shor has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1982. He started in the Raleigh, N.C., office of Shor & Associates, a family business. He moved to Richmond in 1985 when the company opened a satellite office. He ran that office until SHOR Real Estate Inc. started in January 2000.
In his new role at S.L. Nusbaum, Shor will focus on leasing, sales and development of retail properties in the Richmond market. Nusbaum, which has its headquarters in Norfolk, manages more than 5.3 million square feet of retail space, more than 19,000 apartments and 2 million square feet of industrial property.
