MicroTech president named to George Mason Board of Visitors

Tony Jimenez, the president and CEO of Vienna-based MicroTech, has been appointed to the George Mason University Board of Visitors.

The 16-member board is appointed by the governor on a rotating basis to serve four-year terms.

Jimenez was appointed to fill a slot left vacant by David I. Ramadan, recently elected to the Virginia House of Delegates.

Jimenez is on the Board of Trustees of the nonprofit Living Classrooms Foundation and serves on the Presidential Economic Recovery Advisory Board on Education.

MicroTech provides technology services, systems integration, unified communications and collaboration, product solutions, cloud computing and other services to the public sector and commercial global enterprises.
