Matt Huff earns CCIM designation
April 25, 2011 3:06 PMMatt Huff of the Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group in Roanoke has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) professional designation by the CCIM Institute. He joined Poe & Cronk in 2008 where he concentrates on the sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and investment properties. Before joining the firm, Matt worked with an investment portfolio manager.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals — experienced in brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis — who complete a graduate-level curriculum. In North America, about 5 percent, or 7,000 of the 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners, hold the CCIM designation.
