CBRE|Richmond announces that Matt Anderson has been promoted to assistant vice president, effective immediately.
Anderson joined CBRE in 2006 with a primary focus on representing users (tenants and buyers) of office and industrial properties. According to the company, he has negotiated more than 350 transactions valued at over $75 million involving government agencies, national corporations, REITs, medical practices and local businesses.
CBRE|Richmond is a CBRE Inc. affiliate office serving the Central Virginia region. In 2012, the Richmond office completed 425 lease transactions that included 3.7 million square feet valued at $229 million. The office also handled 72 sales transactions valued at $107 million.
