LEAD VIRGINIA, a Richmond-based, nonprofit, statewide leadership program has appointed four new members to its board of directors. Each member will serve a three-year term. They are:
• Gilbert T. Bland, chairman, The GilJoy Group, Virginia Beach
• R. Helm Dobbins, executive vice president and chief credit officer, American National Bank & Trust, Danville
• Elizabeth G. Povar, director of business development, Virginia Economic Development Partnership
• Rhonda VanLowe – Legal counsel, Rolls-Royce North America, Reston\
Dobbins, Povar and VanLowe are alumni of the program.
