Kaufman & Canoles names new partner
January 29, 2013 6:14 PMKevin A. White has become a partner of Kaufman & Canoles P.C. in Richmond.
White will be a member of the corporate & public finance group.
His practice involves serving as bond counsel or underwriter’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for government, health care, educational and private sector borrowers.
He also serves as lender’s or borrower’s counsel in loan, credit facility and liquidity facility transactions, in addition to serving as company counsel in mergers, acquisitions, financings and other commercial transactions.
