First Potomac Realty Trust has hired Judith A. Tria as vice president, property management. Tria will direct the company’s day-to-day property management activities for assigned regional portfolios. Before joining the Bethesda, Md.-based real estate investment trust, she was deputy director of real estate and facilities for the Pew Charitable Trusts. During her more than 20-year career, Tria also has worked for Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Tishman Speyer Properties and Cassidy & Pinkard.
First Potomac, which has been building its portfolio in the greater Washington D. C. region with several recent acquisitions, said it created Tria’s new position to support the company’s strategic growth.
