Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Curtis Skolnick as a vice president in its Project and Development Services (PDS) unit, where he will focus on health-care projects in the Mid-Atlantic region as well as support the firm’s Healthcare Solutions practice nationally. Skolnick will oversee individual health-care engagements, strategic master facilities planning, functional and space programming and launching capital projects.
He brings 19 years of health-care industry experience to the job. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Skolnick worked as a principal consultant with the KLMK Group where he led and managed multiple health-care projects. Before that he was a senior planning analyst with Arista Associates and Kurt Salmon Associates, both national health-care consulting firms specializing in strategic facilities planning.
Skolnick is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Central Virginia Healthcare Executive Group and an affiliate member of the Center for Health Design.
