Jonathan Florin has joined the Calkain Cos. Reston office as an assistant vice president. He will focus on the acquisition and sale of triple-net leased properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.
Before joining Calkain, Florin was an acquisitions and development associate at JB Rosenfeld Retail, an affiliate of the JBG Cos. in Washington, D.C., where he co-led the acquisition, development and financing of more than $200 million in retail, mixed-use, and single-tenant triple-net leased assets.
