Cassidy Turley has hired Joan McCarty as vice president, retail property management. She will run the commercial real estate company’s mid-Atlantic Retail Management Division, the newest service offered by Cassidy Turley in the region. Before coming to Cassidy, McCarty worked for CB Richard Ellis as director, asset services, for four years. She also worked at Trammell Crow prior to its acquisition by CB Richard Ellis, leading Trammell Crow’s retail management division for seven years where she oversaw a four million-square-foot portfolio located in the Washington, D.C., metro region and Long Island, NY.
